Directions for Use:
For best results, follow these steps:
- Remove invertebrates: Shrimp, snails, clams, and other invertebrates are sensitive to Fritz Algae Clean Out. Remove them before treatment.
- Dose according to size: Use the provided dosage chart based on your aquarium size (refer to product label for details).
- Target high flow areas: Add Fritz Algae Clean Out to a sump or high flow area of your tank.
- Repeat treatment: Dose every three days until algae is under control.
- Water changes and maintenance:
- Perform a water change 1-2 days after treatment to remove excess nutrients released by dying algae.
- Manually remove as much algae as possible before and after treatment.
