PhsosGuard rapidly removes phosphate and silicate from marine and freshwater aquariums.

This product is not recommended for phosphate buffered freshwater.

Use 250ml for every 300-400L. Place PhosGuard in a filter media bag and rinse very thoroughly with cold tap water to remove any residual dust.

It is normal for some heat to be generated upon first rinse. Place in filter and leave for 4 days then test water.

The media will turn a dark green colour, indicating exhaustion and need for replacement.
